Daniel G.
Private tutor in Saratoga Springs, UT
Education
mechanical engineering master's degree at BYU.
Experience
I love teaching and feel like I do a pretty good job. I've been a physics TA at BYU as well as a TA for many mechanical engineering courses. This past year I was a private tutor for a sophomore in high school struggling in math and a college friend studying for their PhD qualifying exams. I've also volunteered with a tutoring program called TOPS helping middle school students with math.

Hobbies
I'm originally from Texas and came to Utah to study mechanical engineering at BYU. I served an LDS mission in the Czech Republic. (It's a great place. You should czech it out). I love to do all kinds of things. I play the piano, french horn and ukulele. I love the outdoors (camping, backpacking, etc.) and although I seldom get the chance, sailing and windsurfing are awesome! I love playing frisbee and soccer. I have three younger siblings (2 sisters, 1 brother) and as a final interesting factoid, I used to work at the BYU paleontology museum and went on a dig and found a dinosaur!!
